Dear My Blog Followers,
I have acquired quite reasonable amount of experience to really understand how
the corporate world works, thanks to my experience with the beaurocrats. We talk a
lot on planning and coordinating, streamlining processes, and others. And in
the end, when the decision stage looms, it normally ends up with making a
subjective decision with qualitative facts.
Here, I have found a very strong need for professional knowledge.
Ones need some professional expertise to survive in the corporate world. Yes,
she might have superior skills for communication and excellent reasoning
skills, but in the end, it is those objectivity reasoning backs with
professional techniques that will stands.
In any civilization, it is the technical expertise that
really creates value for a society to prosper. And in the hard times, having
some professional expertise will surely help our survival, economically. Hence,
for those parents having daughters and sons nervously waiting for their SPM
results, it is a wise choice to encourage them to continue their studies in a
professional field. Managerial capabilities can be acquired later through
experience or practical studies through MBA programmes.
